Annual Security Intelligence Seminar 3rd of Dec

Did you know that Security impacts all sectors of industry that have a digital footprint including Financial, Manufacturing, Government, IT, Healthcare, Agriculture, and Education sectors.

According to a survey carried out by PWC on behalf of the UK Government the cost of the worst security breaches in small and medium sized organisations ranged from £65k to £115K in 2014.
In larger organisations it ranged from £600k to £1.15m in 2014.
Many organisations either do not have the capability or understanding to protect their business online.

On December 3rd the Cyber Security research lab at ITB will host a seminar on Security Intelligence supported by ICT Ireland Skillnet.
This seminar is targeted at those who are keen to know the status of Security Intelligence from a National, Corporate and End User level and how to get funding support in R&D to deliver competitive advantage for their business.

The seminar will take place on Thursday Dec 3rd at the LINC centre at ITB from 830am to 12pm.
